This is my way of seeing this WAR ARENA....
1. Participants- 2 teams , each of 20 players (numbers may change) with 3 players in reserve (in case that something came up in real life so team could replace that player), The alliance formed should have the prefix WARARENA ....eg WARARENA xxxxxxx, WARARENA xxxxxxxx and so on...Players could be chosen from any alliances

2. Place - given Arena coords (but i still suggest to shrink it to 10 k area as the war is a take over not a competition who takes more bases)the edges of the war arena should be considered as walls
3. Time period - 7 days- from Saturday morning by 11:00am EST-ends at same day and time after 7 days (why 7 days and this exact time?...... because at this date and time www.GamerProgress.com posts their alliance updates so we can see the number of players, stats and other info...
4. Achievement/s - War should finish before if all opponents are blocked/surrounded with shields (impossible to do it if all members are on map) and all bases are taken by ...thats one of the reason to insist for 10k area (max reach cap)....At the end of the war arena a referee team will count bases and declare who won. After the war is over no player will play map if they are caught that team will be declared defeated....
5. Referee - will be the leaders of those 2 teams or other named players "team captains" (one from each alliance) and 3 more designated players from different alliances....very important those 3 should be agreed by both team captains and all of them should be an example of fairness and integrity from our sector
. Referees and team captains will be established at least 24 hrs before the wararena starts....team name, team members and reserve players will be made public here before the start.
6. Forfeit game war- if a team or team player/s cheat and referee or anyone has proves - Punishment will be exclusion of member/s from war arena and made all public about that. One of the team can declare forfeit if they believe there is no chance to win and war finish earlier. If a team is caught with more then established number of players war is forfeit.
7. WARARENA MAP START - map could be started from everywhere within boundaries....
8. OTHER THINGS/ISSUES - all means of the game may be used here (like attacking a player for 5 min). KABAM rules for chat and playing this game will be also in effect. If server goes down during wararena, game will be prolonged with the amount of time that server went down....first who notice that just make it public so everyone knows.
Practically we can expend from here but we should start from answering the basic 5WH's (Who, What, Where, When, Why and How). I tried my best but couldn't think of everything right now....i'm not in a proper sate of mind...
Feel free to comment, add, improve, disagree with this rules and share your thoughts about my idea. Lets not forget to have fun and as Chris said....to "enjoy the social side of the game". Waiting for improvements...If you come with a problem you better have prepared your solution . Be prepared to answer to everyone at the question WHY?....Lets be proactive not reactive. lets try keeping the subject here at the suggestion place for any debates then have El.T. moving it to a Rule topic...of course after having reviewed, corrected and double checked for nuisance, nonsense and redundancy.
Congrats to Christoper who has the courage to start this and trying to bring this game to a new level....also to El.T. who made this forum possible....and to everyone here who supports this great idea.
